Product great but aftersales need sharpenning up.
I give the chain saw full marks but trying to find extra chains and other spares for the lopper not so good

Really useful but
I've had this saw for over a year now and have found it really useful but a tiny grub screw dropped out the other day. This tiny screw secures the collar that holds the extending shaft onto the main shaft and without it, it is not possible to stop the extending shaft from going in and out, making the saw unusable. I would still recommend buying the saw but suggest that you wrap some tape around the collar to prevent losing the screw and having to find a replacement.

A good strong product but do not store handle end down- the cable will get damaged.
