I serve myself 8oz of high protein milk 13g in a shaker cup, add a scoop of the powder 20g of protein, shake it well and pour over a glass of with a straw to go. That's an easy 33 grams of protein for breakfast. YUMMMYYYY!! I take the shake to work and it holds me over until lunch. The variety pack is great, inexpensive way to try out most of the flavors. I'ver ordered twice so now I know which I like and which I can do without. The following are my favorites: chocolate, vanilla, mint chocolate cookie, chocolate peanut butter, and the strawberry cheesecake. The rest I can do without.

I have bought this particular pack multiple times! It has great protein content and calories. The powder mixes easily with milk in a shaker bottle, have never had issue with clumping or it not dissolving. It’s got a great taste without the aftertaste so many protein powders leave you with! Flavors from best to worst: -Coconut cream: Delicious and the clear winner. If you like coconut, buy this one. End of story. This flavor gets 5 stars. -Mint Cookie: Delicious, but mint is a strong flavor and not something I would drink regularly. -Vanilla: Decent. Better than other vanilla proteins I have tried and would work well blended with frozen fruit. -Chocolate Peanut Butter: Acceptable, not great. Reminiscent of cheap Easter candy. -Brownie batter: Disgusting. This was the most anticipated flavor and the biggest let down. Instead of a rich chocolatey taste, it had a very artificial chemical flavor. I struggled to finish the first pouch and did not use the second one. This flavor gets 1 star. Other notes: The packaging said to use 8 oz of water or milk. This seemed like too much powder for that volume of liquid, so I went with 10 oz and it worked well. I used a shaker bottle with ice cubes and had a few clumps of powder that failed to dissolve in each serving.
