I serve myself 8oz of high protein milk 13g in a shaker cup, add a scoop of the powder 20g of protein, shake it well and pour over a glass of with a straw to go. That's an easy 33 grams of protein for breakfast. YUMMMYYYY!! I take the shake to work and it holds me over until lunch. The variety pack is great, inexpensive way to try out most of the flavors. I'ver ordered twice so now I know which I like and which I can do without. The following are my favorites: chocolate, vanilla, mint chocolate cookie, chocolate peanut butter, and the strawberry cheesecake. The rest I can do without.

Awesome starter pack if you want to try all the flavors. I love how you get two of each flavor. Now I know which ones I like, and dislike (coconut creme is too sweet imo). Not gritty like my vegan ones, and the whey blends beautifully to create thick creamy smoothies.

Flavors from best to worst: -Coconut cream: Delicious and the clear winner. If you like coconut, buy this one. End of story. This flavor gets 5 stars. -Mint Cookie: Delicious, but mint is a strong flavor and not something I would drink regularly. -Vanilla: Decent. Better than other vanilla proteins I have tried and would work well blended with frozen fruit. -Chocolate Peanut Butter: Acceptable, not great. Reminiscent of cheap Easter candy. -Brownie batter: Disgusting. This was the most anticipated flavor and the biggest let down. Instead of a rich chocolatey taste, it had a very artificial chemical flavor. I struggled to finish the first pouch and did not use the second one. This flavor gets 1 star. Other notes: The packaging said to use 8 oz of water or milk. This seemed like too much powder for that volume of liquid, so I went with 10 oz and it worked well. I used a shaker bottle with ice cubes and had a few clumps of powder that failed to dissolve in each serving.

I enjoyed the variety pack. The flavors were all good and they were filling. It helped with my intermittent fasting routine and provided the added protein recommended by my physician. It kept me full all morning. If shaken for the entire 20 seconds, there were no lumps or clumping. It was a bit more expensive than other protein shakes, but the ingredients are better than most. So, I think there is value there. I will definitely purchase again and also recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and healthy protein shake.
