does this work for tesla model 3 2022 19”wheel ?

Yes this will work! If you need help to choose the right color please send us a picture of your actual wheel!

What is the best color match for my 2012 acura tl 19 split spoke hypersilver wheels?

I took a picture of my wheel and compared it to the color chart that this product offers. The color chart is located on the left side of the screen when viewing the product.

I have some Touren tf03 wheels that came with flat black powdercoat. Will this pain adhere to that surface if I rough it with a dremel sander and wire

Absolutely it will bond strongly to the surface. Everything is included to prep surface before you apply the touch up paint.
