Este es el mejor sellador , probé muchísimos y todos cambiaban el color del mármol donde lo apliqué y este dejaba exactamente el mismo tono blanco y además es muy resistente . works well
I finally bit the bullet and steam cleaned about 900 square feet of tile/grout. By using a rolling dispenser bottle the sealer went on easily. I rolled it on in sections so by the time I was done doing that I could go back and wipe it down with a clean white rag. The grout was several years past needing maintenance but looks like new now! Time will tell if it helps protect against stains and grime.
