My problem has not been snoring but, breathing. I had been using the nose tapes which work very well however, they are only good for one night use. I attempted to use them more than once but, that was the maximum usage expected. I saw these and was skeptical at first because of the size but after using them for a week, they worked for me. If you are currently using the tapes, I recommend you try these. They are not that expensive, and it appears I will get many weeks of use from each one if not months.

I don't know what kind of voodoo this is...but it actually works. Wish I had bought these a lot sooner. After day one I barely notice it at all and I seem to be sleeping better.

I’m amazed !!! Genuinely amazed. My snoring has stopped and really happy !!! I breathe through my mouth at night as my nose gets congested. My snoring is sometimes so loud I startle myself awake! I have used nose strips which help but these often come unstuck during the night. Fed up with weird sleep positions with one hand pushed against my face to open up my nose I decided to give it a try. It’s a weird feeling to have something in your nose but at the same time be able to breathe so clearly. The sensation is like when you’ve cleared your nasal passage with a whole bottle of carvol menthol oil in a bowl of steaming water with a towel over your head lol I am delighted I did. Instant results! Like shoving 2 sharpened pencils up your nostrils and forcing them up into your brain but trust me you do get used to it. Once you find the right position up your snout it’s relatively comfortable. What other reviewers miss out is the reduction in stress and frustration caused by difficulties breathing is also very, very welcome. I slept very well and did not find using the product uncomfortable at all. I will be buying these every 3 months from now. Totally amazed at how well this works.

Arrived quickly and with no damages. I am willing to try any all anti snoring gadgets out there. These are tiny and the clear case is small, pretty durable, one enclosed gadget and case fell off a high bed and hit a rug, it didn't, break, crack or pop open. I don't see how these work, but do. Your tolerance of having something attached to your septum makes a difference on if you can use this or not. Some people don't do well with anything inside 5heir nose. The instructions do not indicate the shelf life of these. But does advise that it can be cleaned in soapy water You get 8 nose clips, for individualized usage or for multiple family members to use. Great value for your monies.

Didn’t work for me. I had tried a magnetic nasal dialater and had immediately noticed its effectiveness. But the monthly cost of the magnetic sticky tabs for the outside of your nose were too expensive. I tried these anti-snoring nose clips to see if they would be a good alternative. They were not. I could not really tell a difference when the clips were in. They were not uncomfortable – just ineffective.
