Strong menthol scent. Clears the nose nicely. Each one lasted 2 to 3 weeks.

By far THEEEEE best nasal device I’ve ever used. Extremely effective, the smell is phenomenal! The size is a normal size which is easy to use and packs a punch unlike any other. The seal is simple to open and usage is straight forward

I don't know how this stuff works but it is great. I used to wake up multiple times a night and get up about 3 am to go to the bath room. Sometimes I was unable to get back to sleep.Now I use this product before I go to bed and I normally sleep all the way through the night. If I do happen to wake up I can fall right back to sleep. I am getting a lot more rest. My wife also uses a stick and she also says she is sleeping much better.

This is my honest opinion & assessment of this item.I bought these based on my daughter's recommendation. She got them on another online shop and loved them so I had to try them.The pros: I've ordered this in November and get the big pack so I can try all the scents. I've also been using it since November and, to be honest, when I first tried it, I wasn't impressed. However, as I continued to use it (I felt I had to to get my money's worth from it!) I found it was boosting my energy and clearing my nasal passages to help me breathe better. I have a deviated septum from a close encounter with a heavy school door as a tween. After 2 surgeries as an adult, they can't seem to fix it so I'd given up, but I still need help breathing better because I also have allergies all year round. The package says "Best used within 30 days", but I'm still using the original Tropical one that i started with and still get the same great results. I think it's just like anything else where they HAVE to put an expiration date on everything. In addition to my daily allergy pills they help my breathing and they help give my a little boost to get me through the day. I use it several times a day. I can't wait to try the other scents but I only want to open 1 tube at a time.The cons: They aren't cheap. That's it. That's all I've got to dissuade you.My final assessment: They help me. I feel they're worth it based on how long I've used the first tube so far. Buy it!

Boom Boom nasal sticks have a variety of scents. They give a mild cleansing effect to the head from city life and invigorates the moment. I like the Tropical essence not because it's 'tropical' but it is just interesting. I will buy more.

I've used another brand for years. These come in different scents and are amazing at clearing a stuffy nose. I am highly recommending this product. Once my family uses these four sticks, I will be re-ordering more to have in the house and my purse.
