Q: Does this have leaves or is it a powder? Since matcha is normally a powder and kukicha twigs.

Thank you for interesting our product. This product is tea leaves but with some matcha powder inside.

Q: If I purchase this, will I get barley tea or green tea? The photos are for barley tea but the reviews are for green tea.

They put all reviews for the same company together. Under the review title you can see which product the review refers to. I have purchased Sencha and Hojicha from them and I got Sencha and Hojicha as described, not green tea. If you order this one you'll get this one. :)

Thank you for your inquiry. Hojicha is a kind of Japanese green tea. Hojicha is roasted after the leaves are steamed. Along with removing all bitterness, the roasting process gives hojicha its reddish-brown color and a unique smoky taste. We also have organic black tea in our store. You can check it too.
