Q: Has anyone else found that it looses its suction after about a month? I have had for four weeks and it went from working great to not staying on!

Yes all my hakas seem to loose it’s suction over time. However this one is still the best even after using it almost daily for 2 months straight.

Q: When to use for maximum effectiveness with much milk ? Morning or night?

Typically for most women, your mid night or early morning sessions will provide more milk. You can use at each session in the opposite side of your baby. There are women who do complete write ups on Instagram about using this, which would be very helpful. I used one for my 2nd child after we were home a few weeks and by the time I went back to work at 10 Weeks, I had a few weeks stash in the fridge and definitely recommend this.
