GKN LOEBRO Axle Boot Kit 1K0498203A

Seems to be a good quality boot. Strong material, yet flexible. I think it will hold up well. The fit on the CV shaft and joint were right on. Clamps and other components were a correct fit. The kit I ordered came with the bolt pictured. Since my Audi TT requires an axle nut, instead of a bolt, I ordered a new axle nut, just in case (Beck Arnley 103-0534 Axle Nut - $5.67). Another reviewer got a nut, instead of a bolt. The kit is well worth what I paid, since I've seen the same kit go for twice as much, elsewhere. There is a lot of confusion in trying to match the correct boot kit to my TT (2001 Quattro 225), since there was a mid-year change in application. Adding the nut to the order was cheap insurance in getting the job done correctly with no delays. Overall, everything worked out fine.

Overall it's a decent aftermarket CV boot replacement kit. However I had to subtract 2 start for this item because I did not receive all the items as shown in the picture. The picture shows the axle bolt as included in this kit but I received instead a threaded flange nut where the bolt would screw into. Not sure what the nut was for since I did not have it on my car and it isn't shown in the picture.Kit was used on an Audi A3 2007 (8p), 2.0t FWD
