I purchased these panels to see how they would look in a few different places in our home. We ended up using them on the back of our home bar and they look fantastic. They were easy to cut down to size on the table saw and even easier to instal. All it took was 6 wood screws on each panel and voila! I am really happy with the look overall and highly recommend this product.

when i received this 2 pack of wood veneer acoustic paneling, i was quite a bit surprised upon unpackaging because like gumby, and unlike any other acoustic panels of the sort, they bend. why, might you ask? well, the felt backing is not rigid. the "wood" is, if you look at the fine print of the description, a combo of wood veneer, high-density polyester, and high-density MDF. seems pretty bendy to me. do they look nice? yeah. are they very tall? yeah. will they be a start on finishing your whole wall/room to complete the job? yeah. are they cheap? definitely not.one way to start the job, i'd have to say. as long as you don't mind the bendy bit -- which i imagine, reduces the price a smidgen, but not too too much.

These are rally nice. Very lightweight and easy to install. Great quality and very affordable. The size is perfect and it's very straight. Love the quality!

These look great and they really do dampen sound a LOT. Unless you have a specific project or area without much space to cover you aren’t going anything with only two of these though. 4 packs could do the wall of one closet. I’m torn on whether to creatively cut them to cover a door or whether I am going to cut them into quarters and do a floating chair rail or head board.They are short easy to install, a high quality freight, excellent functionality, are extremely light, and look amazing. Learning that I’m gonna have to spend $300 more to get the result I wanted is a little rough though.

I’ve wanted to order panels like these for a long time but it isn’t a cheap project. I put these in my home gym area. I have a wall of three windows and these fit perfectly in the space between each window. However I have 9 ft ceilings which I think are fairly standard and these panels are a little less than 8 ft. Even with the baseboard and crown molding, there is still about a 6 inch gap left to reach the crown once installed. It still looks good. But it would look better if it went floor to ceiling. And even if I got another kit to fill in the gap, there would have to be a very noticeable line where the two pieces meet. For this reason, I wish this product came in custom sizes.Also I didn’t realize before I ordered these that they were a triangle shape instead of rectangular for each strip of wood. I think I would have like the rectangular better as the triangular shape tapers and this shape makes more of the black background visible.The product itself is lightweight with a thick foam type backing. The thick foam should function well for sound proofing and they do appear to be a good quality. They were extremely easy to install. I shot a few nails through the black foam part, just straight into the drywall. That is all that was needed because they are so lightweight. It would also be easy to take these down and move them if desired.

I ordered these for my office and they’re super cute and really easy to install. I didn’t try to cut them, I just hung them above my desk with nails. We got them as we life in an apartment and the room next to ours is a child’s bedroom, and they’ve confirmed that they now can’t hear anything. They’re lightweight which makes installation smooth.
