Is this bar sugar-,dairy-and gluten-free?

Bar description dose not say: sugar, dairy, gluten free

Is this just one 1.8 oz bar?

I ordered several, each bar was that size.

YES. Lindt. The Lindt Excellence range includes 70%, 78%, 85%, 90%, and 99% Cacao bars. ... 85% – Chocolate, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, demerara sugar, bourbon vanilla beans. 90% – Chocolate, cocoa butter, cocoa powder processed with alkali, sugar, bourbon vanilla beans.

Manufacturing and expiry date of Lindt 99% dark chocolate?

First of all, I like the 85% and 90% Lindt bars. 99% is bitter. As much as I like chocolate, the 99% is too much. Less than 85% is starting to taste sweet. I don't know the manufacturing dates. The bars I have now have an expiration date of 2/29/2024 so that's a least over a year and a half of shelf life. It's important to keep the chocolate at room temperature or below. I have bought bars at the grocery store that seem to have been exposed to heat and they were not as good. I've started ordering from Amazon, I've had no issues with freshness through them.
