Use once or twice a year, spring and fall best times. I had question and pleasantly surprised when I called and got the tech person picked right up and she answered my question right away. Nice local USA company in Connecticut. The product works, follow easy instructions. Once the roots die off they will break away and float out of your sewer line, so takes time. The flow gets better as a bit of time passes AFTER the treatment, but it does work! It just needs 6 or 7 hours of no water use so overnight, or while youre gone at work, so it sits in sewer line doing its killing, then use water again, go back to normal use. That will help clear out the treatment and killed roots and flush it all away. Great product, great company.
