Works well!
I’ve always used tenderiser but can’t find in the shops here so I’m over the moon to find it on Amazon. It obviously is pricey as it is difficult to find but it worked really well. I use a mallet a few bangs first then spray a bit of oil on my steaks then sprinkle it on and let them set for about an hour and it did the job.I’ll definitely purchase again and again so long as the price stays stable at this price x

Value for money
Does exactly as it says .Well over priced for what it does

WAY TOO SALTY, even if you rinse steaks off prior to cooking
WAY TOO SALTY TO USE. I found you had to use quite a lot and leave the steaks for 6 hours plus to work. It works much better on thicker steaks, however even if you rinse the steaks off afterwards, they remain way too salty to eat, with family members leaving g steaks half eaten despite being more tender. The search for tasteless bromaline on its own to which I can add less salt, continues.

MEH. Very high shipping rates, too salty, not great for quick marinating.
Worth a try if you don’t mind paying SHIPPING FEE of 4X to 5X its price!!!!This would be OK if the meat is treated with a fiber-busting pounder utensil, and is being marinated at least 3 hours. I learned from experience (even on pricey cuts of beef) to reduce the amount of this product and combine it with papaya paste (papain), plus lemon juice or pineapple juice, to get effective beef tenderizing while reducing the salt percentage.

Works well, and fast. Did a fine job for beef jerky.
User
Excellent quality, very good price
Badia herbs and spices are, to me, better than McCormick and less absurdly priced, so definitely my go to.

WORKS GREAT!
I like this brand of tenderizer, actually I like most all of Badia spices. This one has less salt than a lot of the other brands and is unseasoned; I like to add my own spices.
