Q: Will this work in a microwave popper with no oil?

Yes, that's how I make it. I have a microwave bowl made specifically for popcorn and it works out perfectly.

Q: How fluffy do they pop up? Do they look more look the size of quarters or nickels?

I would say nickel size. I use a hot air popper and the seeds are a bit smaller and lighter than Jolly Time Popcorn I was raised on. The difference is these taste better and are easier to chew. I have never eaten a quarter size popcorn and had it taste as well as these Amish seeds but also the hull is much smaller so not so prone to get one stuck between your teeth.

Q: I wanted to use this popcorn in an air popper without oil - will that work with these kernels?

Yes. It work well in my hot air popper. When compared to Orville Redenbacher popcorn, the Amish country is less explosive when it pops so it does not blast kernels as much as Orville's. Still, you will need to tilt the hot air popper during the first and last phases of popping.
