Is this an eye cream or face cream?

This is a face cream, but you can use it around your eyes as long as you are not sensitive to retinol! You don't necessarily need a separate product labeled eye cream if you're already using a well-formulated facial moisturizer or serum-those can absolutely work effectively around the eye area, too, as long as skin around your eyes is the same type as skin on the rest of your face.

I believe so, unless 'paraben' has another chemical name, as paraben is not listed anywhere among the ingredients.
