To my knowledge, yes. I just received a bottle of this and it's the same green stuff that was in the tube.

Will Flitz help with a small scratch on my stainless steel oven?

It wont remove the scratch, but it will make it shiny and less noticeable. If your looking to buff out the scratch, you should look at jewelers ruge

does this work well for chrome
