What's the cheapest one to just get data from the 2004 z06 obd2, engine speed, coolant temps. mph, but mostly a g- meter??

The AIM SOLO 2 DL is the most inexpensive AIM product that will read OBDII data as you requested. If you do not need the OBDII data and just want the laptimer function / "g-meter" then get the non DL version.

Are the lights on the side of the unit programable? can they be used as rpm lights?

Hi, No the Lights are not programmable. The Lights on the Left of the Unit are Rpm .

Is a cigarette lighter charger included?

cigarette lighter charger is NOT included - but the device getting charged all the time via OBD port.

Does this plug into my obdii port for telemetry or do i need to splice wires to hook up?
