Organic Pine Essential Oil by Zongle – 100% Pure Natural Premium Quality for Diffuser, Pine Cones, Aromatherapy, Cleaning – 1 OZ

I purchased this oil because I have used Zongle Oils for several years and always been very happy with the quality. I purchased this one in September to use in my diffuser in December and when I opened it to use it there was no smell of pine at all. Since I purchased it on Amazon and did not know they have a 30 day return policy there was no help extended there. I then contacted Zongle and they said it must have been a bad batch but they offered no help at all. Zongle has no phone Customer Service for customers so I don’t know that I want to do business with a company who does not value their customers experiences with their oil. I’m sure I’m not the only unsatisfied customer with the organic pine oil.😞 so sad

Had really high expectations on this Essential Oil, I'm used to the high standards of "Plant Therapy" Eo's but man, this was purchased to get deeper into the Pine scents around the house for holidays and the MAYOR NEGATIVE surprise! after opening the bottle did not encounter the desired pine smell, instead, I was left with the feeling as if I was diffusing COOKING OIL!NASTY!The WORST PART... "product not eligible for return"SMH!

Firstly, I ordered this oil because I love Zongle. I have used multiple bottles of both the organic and non-organic Lavender oil and was so impressed. I ordered Pine because I was expecting it to smell like pine needles or a pine tree, and wanted to diffuse it during the holiday season. The oil smelled nothing like a pine tree, and I just hated the scent. So, in fairness, the oil quality may have been wonderful, and I may just not have been educated on what Pine oil actually smells like. I just hated how the oil smelled and wound up giving it away.

Does this smell exactly like a pine tree?…no. Does it smell enough like one to satisfy me?…yes. I mix it with Zongle Organic Cedarwood in my living room diffuser and it smells foresty. I get many compliments on how it smells. I will reorder.

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SMELL OF THIS OIL -- IT REALLY STINKS AND I AM UNABLE TO USE IT & THERE IS NO OPTION TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER OIL. I HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY PREVIOUSLY AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH PRODUCT.

Not very piney- I ordered 3 different pills, and they all smell strongly of tea tree oil, with undertones of the desired oil.

Works and smells great for aromatherapy and soaps. Zongle offers great selection of USDA organic oils.

Lovely PURE essential oil. This is actually certified organic unlike some others that use organic in the title but there is no evidence of certification on the bottle or packaging. This is the real deal.
