I had the same problem, so I wrote to Mayflash support. Apparently there is a newer version of the DolphinBar hardware. Mine is the older one with only one switch at the back, while the newer one has 2 switches at the back. The newest firmware update from April 2017 only works with the newer DolphinBar. The older firmware update from August 2016 should work with the older DolphinBar. They are both under Downloads on the Mayflash website.

Can this be plugged into a TV's USB port? My Wiimotes are already connected via bluetooth to my PC.

Yes, but for PC use don't do it. Short version: Your setup contains lag, but dolphinbar doesn't. Read this review: https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2014/08/23/dolphinbar-review/Long version: The default bluetooth stack in your computer can't communicate with the TR-Remotes(motionplus built in) without considerable lag(when compared to a Wii). The dolphinbar solves that problem. Furthermore re-syncing(which you'll have to do occasionally) is easier, too. Just push the button on the Wiimote and the bar, and it's taken care of automagically. This is the dolphinbar's reason for existence: Lag free Wiimote input and easy, consistent syncing.If, however, you just want a USB powered bar for an actual wii or Wii U, then yeah, USB on the tv.

Works perfectly for me

I've been through a half-dozen bluetooth adapters looking for one that communicates with a Wiimote from my PC, and this one not only works great, it also has the LED lamps so I don't need to bother with a second sensor bar. I couldn't ask for more.

ここで買っていないけど dolphinで認識しました英語マニュアル付いてるけどさっぱり！？ youtubeに外人さんがdolphinの設定動画をアップしてくれててリアルwiiリモコンで認識させないとそれとスタンダードコントローラの設定はいじる必要なし肝心のセンサーmode4は初めて1でペアリングして電池残留でてきますそのあとmodeを4までステップアップしてペアリング切れますそのあとたしかaを押してペアリング復活して dolphinでスキャンするとぶるぶる震えるかもガンコントとしても使えるからお得です一度ペアリングした後は aですぐに接続できるから簡単でいいです lightgunよりmouseモードでアーケードはばっちり

Perfect solution for Wii on PC

I'd been struggling to get a Wiimote connected to my PC over Bluetooth for a while and was considering getting a USB adapter to see if it would help. Then I stumbled across this and with it being advertised as an all in one solution I thought I'd risk the higher price and give it a go. Honestly though, I'm so glad I did. Plug and play, no drivers to install, and connected my Wiimote without a hitch. The added controller modes are a nice bonus but honestly having setup be so simple and everything running so seamlessly is more than enough to make it worth my money.

O produto é excelente. Tem BT próprio, é robusto e bem construído. No Windows, plug-and-play. No Linux, não esqueça de autorizar o acesso do seu usuário aos HIDs criados (os 4 wiimotes), senão a barra é reconhecida e sincroniza com os wiimotes, mas não aparece nada na tela. Funciona tão bem como no wii original, e em um computador Gamer os filtros deixam a imagem dos jogos muitos melhores do que no próprio console. Fica um pouco caro para entrega no Brasil, mas vale a compra. Entrega demorou em torno de 15 dias após a compra. Esqueça aquelas barras genéricas que tem somente os emissores infravermelhos; essa foi feita para funcionar.
