The price is what caught my eye, I was looking for something inexpensive to use rather than using my phone for recording all the time. The video is okay, but not as sharp as you would expect for 1080. The pictures are not 24 MP (in my opinion) from the few I have taken so far; they seem a little grainy and out of focus. I have not had any problems with the battery life. I have had it sitting on my desk for a few weeks without charging and when I opened it today the charge was still at least 50%. I have not done any long term recording with it yet, but you get two batteries included in the package. The camera supports an SD Card up to 32 GB which gives you a few hours of recording space.Overall, if you are looking for something as a starter camera for the price this one might do the job. I thought it was good enough that I didn't return it, if that helps.

This camcorder is very compact and lightweight. I used to have a camcorder in similar form factor from over 20 years ago. But off course it used tapes instead of the tiny micro sim card. The operation is still more or less the same. The most noticeable different is the battery. Those old models used much bigger batteries while this one uses the small ones similar to those in point and shoot cameras. It comes with 2 batteries and each last roughly one hour which is shorter than what I wanted. However it does work when an external charger is connected. Video quality is about the same or slightly better than cell phone’s. It is probably result from the bigger lens on this device. For random daily short video clips, a cell phone is more convenient because it is the one always in your pocket. But during kid’s school activities and piano recital, this little camcorder is perfect. I just set it up on a tripod. With a 32 GB card and an external battery bank, it records the whole event much easier than holding a cell phone. And the night vision is a sweet bonus, fun to play with.

If you make YouTube videos or simply like filming anything on the go, this camera is great for you.It has a lot of functions that allow you to change filters.The remote allows you to take pictures or record while being away from it.It’s very compact and comes in a nice case.I’m happy with this purchase!

The Camera worked great for a few months, but died suddenly this week. I have only used it 10-15 times in the past 7 months and now I am forced to buy a new one. I tried switching the batteries out and everything. Very frustrating,

Good resolution. The videos come out very stable.The night mode is great, not very useful though. If you have tried making videos of little kids with a cellphone you know it doesn't come out jittery at times. This is a good, inexpensive option.

The camera worked great to start with. The flip screen broke after a few uses. Very flimsy.

Didn't want to spend a lot of money and decided to take this one.it's fast, it's small and it works perfect for my need.

I am really, very satisfied with this item! And I really like that it has the night vision on it.
