Not my favourite taste
but then I am not a specialist in soy sauce. Give me Amoy any day!

Very saulty
Taste isn't exceptional 😕. That's so salty and sometimes goes to bitter

Okay in a pinch but..
Compared to Kikkoman for example, has added sugar and is relatively high in sugars. Unless you're using sweet soy sauce for desserts etc it shouldn't really contain sugar.. kind of concerning.
