Q: before I buy this 10x10 last time to ask does it come with a floor frame that you put wood floor on it, is the top plastic or tin?

You will need to build a floor before starting Concrete or wood. It is all metal.

Q: How strong is the roof? We get a lot of snow here and want to make sure I reinforce the roof and walls if people have had the roof cave in due to snow

Walk away from it. Every rain squall collected on the roof fabric until it essentially collapsed. Two weeks ago in frustration i cut it all up and sent it to the landfill. it definitely won't stand up to snow loads.

Q: If i am putting this on a cement slab do we need to made a wood frame bottom?

We put ours on a piece of outdoor pressure-treated plywood and screwed it down to the plywood boarding. Great little shed.
