This is a fairly good vitamin supplement however it is low in pantothenic acid, choline, and inositol. I have to supplement the aforementioned 3. I’m not sure why because it would’ve been a more complete methylated B vitamin package. The vitamin C is also negligible. The taste reminds me of the vitamins I used to have as a kid that my mom forced down my throat, exact same taste. There’s a bit of nostalgia there. The other negative is the dropper doesn’t fill to 1ml.
