フルスルチアミンからの乗り換え
VB1（フルスルチアミン）100mgからの乗り換え。最初同量で同等だと勘違いしていて、１カプが300mgなので脱カプして150mg/dayにして服用（量的には1.5倍くらいかなと）していたのですが眼精疲労改善せず、その後中枢移行性や吸収について調べたらどうやらフルスルチアミン100mgだとベンフォチアミンは200-300mgで同等だということが分かったので脱カプせずそのまま服用する形に変えたのですがそれでも改善せず、という結果でした。フルスルチアミン高い上に単独のサプリが全然見つからないのでベンフォチアミンで代用出来たら良かったのですが。。
