I was 5’11” and 3/4ths when I ordered this. I was in allot of pain and couldn’t move well. My spine was so compressed that my mobility was affected. It took a couple of weeks of putting in time but I decompressed my spine. I’m now back to being 6’1” and I’m still getting results. I might get taller due to the fact that my spine was so compressed. Fixing to get another for my family members. If you get this product, you have to put in the work and know that some of it is going to not feel great. Thats not the stretchers fault, for me it was the feeling on my spine popping in some areas.
