I wanted to try some different teas for making kombucha and was concerned about using non-black teas. Since this product clearly stated how often one could brew with non-black teas and most of these mixes did contain some proportion of black tea, I went ahead and tried them. The six blends come in a box, each in their own tin. I have only used two so far, but am enjoying the change in my kombucha.

Kumbucha has brewed very well so far and I’m just starting my third batch with these leaves. Really helps determine what kind of tea that you like if you’re starting to branch out. Biggest downside if that there’s no general description on the cans. You have to look it up online or try to look on the sheet. The sheet wraps into the box so you have to take out all the cans.
