Awesome
This is the best substitute for pasta if you’re trying to watch your carbs! I made a chicken mushroom fettuccine Alfredo, and it was phenomenal and the next day it heated up perfectly. The noodles held up, and I will definitely be using this again and again and again instead of regular pasta!!!

I got gypped
This is a scam. The listing said I would receive 12 boxes of pasta, but I only got 3. Asked for a replacement (because I really did want to try the pasta), and got 3 more. So I paid double what I intended to, and had to go through a hassle just to get that. It is not worth the trouble you have to go through in order to actually get what you paid for.

Great low-carb pasta
I usually buy Explore Asian bean pastas, but decided to try this brand. It's quite good, depending on what you're looking for & what your expectations are. First, because it's made from beans, it's very different from white pasta or whole wheat pasta in taste. The texture is also different, although it's nothing like the Shirataki pastas--which in my opinion is a very good thing. It's much more like a "real" pasta & is not rubbery like Shirataki. It's gluten free, but we eat it mainly because it's low-carb and high-protein. Nutrition-wise, it's a tiny bit higher in fat than the Explore Asian edamame spaghetti, but is a tiny bit less in carbs. The protein and fiber content is a bit higher than Explore Asian. It seems to be sturdier than Explore Asian bean pastas--i.e., doesn't break as easily--although the taste is very similar to their edamame version. I think if you don't expect it to taste exactly like a wheat pasta, you could be very happy with this product. If you're watching your carbs, this is an excellent substitute for wheat pasta. If you're not concerned with carbs but want a gluten-free pasta, there are many other options that are much more like wheat pastas in both taste & texture, so you may want to skip this one. If you've never tried Explore Asian or other brands of bean pastas, I'd suggest ordering only one box to try before committing to a multi-box case, in case you hate it. We've had it with tomato sauces, pestos, oil & garlic, & Asian-style sauces & love it all. Be aware though, that like Explore Asian bean pastas, this product is also made in China.

Edaname Noodles
I love the chewy texture and it's takes no time to prepare. It's also a low sodium product
