Tastes good!
This is really good but from experience I can tell you that if you only want a little bit, do NOT try to shake a little bit out. I did that one day and was trying to be careful ... well, when I tried to sprinkle it out, that didn't work ... it poured out and it was going in with my scrambled eggs. Talk about HOT when I tried it? Too much (and it was my fault, nothing was wrong with the bottle, but just with me. 😂) All of that to say this, if used if the correct amount ... this Chipotle Chile Pepper is REALLY GOOD!

Great for smoked meat rub
We use this both in dry rub for ribs and in our homemade bbq sauce. Love the flavor and smell of it, more unique than plain old chili powder, more of an added sweet note which works really well with the smoker. I’ve got this on regular subscription, we use it that often.

Add a Smokey zing to anything
I use this on meats, vegetables, eggs, sauces, etc. Sometimes I use a pinch to keep it subtle. Sometimes I use it liberally on meats or roasted vegetables. It combines well with onion and garlic powder. Great to have in your spice cabinet.
