Love it looks amazing in my hall

Had a problematic experience before. (Fan was wobbling, had noise issues, etc). Raised issues a couple of times, and then Atomberg team replaced the fan with a new one as the previous one had some manufacturing defect, and all problems were fixed in the new one. Barring the inconvenience, which can happen with any fan/company, I'd rate the service great as well. After sales support is good. A bit more about the fan (I'll keep it short): 1) Noise levels: 4.5★ (Around 53-55db) at boost speed 2) Look and feel/ colour:5★ 3) Remote function: 4.5★ (expected sleep function which is available only via app) 4) App: 5★ (Quick and effective) 5) Alexa control: 5★ (Works great) 6) Air flow: 5★ (Great even at speed 2/3 during normal monsoon) 7) Weight: 5★ (Lightweight, ABS material) Overall it's great, although om the pricier side. Wooden teak finish looks great. Dust resistance: good. I didn't notice much dust accumulation in 2 months of usage. Note to the company: The downrod cover in some other models have cut marks to break off so that it fit in any ceilings, for any rod length. In this model it's not there. So technician had to manually cut it using hacksaw so that it fits correctly. (I verified the claim myself) So take this into future design considerations.

I had purchased this fan almost a year ago. The product is very good. The best features are : The remote control . I found this fan mainly when I was looking for a fan with remote control access. It comes with a light and the light color can be switched between three colors and 5 intensities for each color . It makes very minimal noise even on full speed compared to other fans . Good airflow and functionality. Very satisfied with this fan.

I love being able to control the fan via my phone and set schedules for when it turns on or off. The integration with my smart home system has been seamless, and voice control works flawlessly through my smart assistant. It’s convenient, especially when I’m too comfortable to get up and manually adjust the settings! Overall, this fan has made my home more comfortable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and smart solution for air circulation.

Good looks, but terrible performance. The fan stopped working after just one year. Atomberg’s support system is extremely poor and unprofessional, their engineers seem to live in a world of excuses, doing everything possible to delay or avoid providing proper service. After repeatedly reaching out, I finally gave up, they don’t even understand when a customer wants to escalate an issue and simply close the call. I’ve been using three Orient Aeroslim fans for the past five years without a single problem, but now I have to spend money again just to dismantle this defective Atomberg fan and throw it away. Please don’t get carried away by Atomberg’s claims of a 1+2 year warranty. Based on my experience, these commitments are completely unreliable. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on this fan.
