長年の膝痛で歩くと痛みが出るし、ストレッチや色んな方法を試してみたところ 昔捻挫をしてきちんと足首を治さずにいると、膝痛になる人も結構いると動画でしり これは・・・ひょっとしてとさらに調べると 足首のサポーターで歩行が安定して膝痛の軽減に繋がると知り購入しまし。 今までは膝のサポーターやテーピングばかりしていたのだけれど。 結果、私的にはすごくいい。久しぶりに足が歩行が安定しています。 膝が痛くて足が不安定だと思っていたのだけれど 足首をサポートすると何とも歩きやすい。足がまっすぐになったようで安定しています。 もっと早く買えばよかった・・。

足の甲の怪我のあと 立ち仕事に不安がありこちらの靴下を購入しました。 マジックテープのサポーターも考えましたが 使っている靴が厚みで履けなくなると困ると感じ この靴下タイプにしました。 仕事場はサンダルなので足先が見えてしまう為 上から靴下を履いていますが違和感ありませんし 靴も普通に履けています。 暫くお世話になろうと思っています。

I twisted my ankle while running (street running) and I bought an ankle supporter. Nice adjustable support, but it was difficult to wear/lace my running shoes. After feeling more comfortable with my ankle and decide to buy another one. I found this one and when I wore it I didn’t feel that would help me if I twist my ankle again as it seemed more like a normal sox. I still don’t know if it will keep my ankle firmly, in the right place if I step in a hole or something like that. However, it helped me as I don’t feel my legs so tired after running. Gave it another job: bought another pair to wear it while working. As I wear safety shoes and walk a lot, my feet really hurts and I felt tired at the end of the day. Now, feeling better. I’m 1,74m, 73kg and flat feet.

履く無いよりマシ程度です。 痛みが圧迫刺激により少しマシになる感じです。締め付け感のある靴下だったら、そっちでもイイかもしれ無い程度かな？

かかと痛が出たので保護用に購入しました。適当な厚みがありすごく楽です。 サポート力が強いので普段履きっぱなしにしていると多少きつく感じました。 運動時の足首保護には最適かもしれません。

着用前は、色柄良しでしたが就寝中に使用した所、毛玉が酷い事になり 毛玉取りを使用してもとれません。

エアコンで足が冷える方には良いかもしれません。思ったよりも薄手でしたし適度な着圧で心地良かったですね。

購入にあたり【サイズの目安の選び】を見て足の甲の部分を測りＬサイズを購入しましたが、足の甲の高さは合いましたがサポーターのつま先側と足首側の締め付けが強く私には合いませんでした。また、特に足首側の材質が硬く皮膚が擦れそうです。(T_T) 使用出来る状態ではないです。せめて購入時にＸＬサイズがあったらよかったですけど…

I bought these for sports. You can feel the edge of the socks at the base of your shoes however you forget that when you're active. Mediocre for support but I suppose we really need to have arch support in the shoes.

I have big problem with my heel, I tried a lot of stuff, like shoes pad, shoes for heel problem, and silicon pads, so far this was the best choice for plantar Fasciitis. it didn't make the pain go away entirely but it eases the pain, and it become somehow better with time.

I wear these during the day and my feet feel so much better. They are a little tight but they are supposed to be that way. I ordered a second pair too.
