Used to use a rope or V bar for pull down triceps wieght training. Had a lot of problems with wrist pain. Have been using these a coupleof months now and no wrist pain. Better for longer range of motion. Sturdy, comfortable grips. I use gloves which makes even more comfortable. Rope can slide back and forth to keep even.

How this does not pop up on the first page of search results here is beyond me. I can instantly tell if a product is going to be a Hero or a Zero. This product does not disappoint. The unique shaped ergonomic hand grips feel amazing. Grip strength is lights out. It is fair to say you are activating at least 30% more muscle fibers and you can feel this. I have pretty big hands and this fits me like a glove but smaller hands will also get that same solid feel. Hands down @ the moment the best tricep pull down rope on the market. This rope could tow a truck if you wanted to its stout. Excellent pricing as well I feel its an excellent value. And i'm hard to please. With this same product I also see another invention an invention that we could market to more than just 5% of the world #bodybuilding. This new product we could market to 35% of the world and sell a few thousand units. Let me know how this sounds if you hold the patent rights to this.

Nice grips

Loved this product so much that we bought another to donate to our local gym. Very versatile and such a comfortable grip.

I work out 6-7 days a week for 90 minutes to 2 hours and have done so for decades. As I've aged, 've migrated from all free weights to a mix of free and cable weights and I've worn out attachment points even on solid metal triceps bars.I've seen and used every type of cable attachment; rope pull and other cable contraption you've ever seen.This rope has very comfortable handles (see right side photo) but the developers missed the mark big time on the attachment point from the rope to the cable machine. It's really cheesy. If it lasts me 4-6 month, I'll be shocked,That connection is a metal washer molded into a rubber frame that goes over the rope - see the first 2 photos.I've personally worn out 1/4-inch steel attachment points on solid steel bars over time. I added the carabiner seen in the photo, that's not included with this pull.This rope does. It work well for cable biceps pulls or face pulls because the handle configuration won’t allow that direction of pull.I've repaired a few solid metal pull attachment points in the past by welding the wear points with a MIG welder and grinding them flat. You can't do that with plastic.I used this rope for overhead and pull-down triceps pulls, low biceps pulls, and face pulls and it's comfortable and a good length with the 36-inch model. The handles are fine, and the rope seems OK but it's NOT the beefy nylon ropes you see with the black knob rope pulls.3 stars is the best rating I can award even if the plastic attachment breaks, Due to the previously mentioned and enormous shortcomings, this rope is NOT worth the price being charged.
