This product may work for other people however, it had 0 effect on me! I was really hoping it would work. The price alone seemed a good reason to try it. Sadly I must give you a one star.

The pills are great for weight management. I've tried several brands before like Stonehenge, O Positive, and Happy Mammoth and this one has been the best perimenopause or menopause supplement Ive taken so far. I've been taking them for about a week and I already see the reduction in bloating. The pills are easy to open, so I like to add the pill powder in with my health shakes.

I just started taking them so I can't say much. As it relates to night sweats I haven't had any since I took them which is a relief. The tablets are a little big but easy to swallow. So far, I am happy with my purchase.

Swear, my night sweats are worse when I take this vitamin. I’m not sure why that is but I think I’ll stick to my Walmart brand….a waste of money
