Posture collar
Beautifully well made! Thick, stiff leather. Uncomfortable, like its supposed to be, but not painful! Fit well, but mistress wanted me to be a bit more in distress, so she had me add another notch to make it really tight! No chance of cutting off breathing either because the stiffness of the leather won't allow that to happen. She paired it with the masters series ball gag harness, and Holy Hell! ...I've never felt so restricted! Mistress absolutely loves this! I think I'm in trouble. Use the size guide and just buy it! It's wonderful!

It hurts in a damaging way.
Sure, BDSM hurts, that's part of the fun. HOWEVER, this is poorly designed and it puts pressure on the front of ones neck bones. Not alll BDSM play pain is good. Like a partner who likes breth play, but is clueless how to do it without damaging the neck. If you have more fat on you neck, it might work.

Perfect Fit
I loosely measured prior to purchasing and the measurements seemed to be exactly to what they specified. It may run about 1" slightly larger than those cheaply made ones, but I bought one on the upper edge of the size, used 1 notch in and it fit perfectly. At a glance the quality is good. One reviewer negatively mentioned it will be "very restrictive and uncomfortable with extended wear", I'm a bit confused as I thought that was the point?

Runs very small
Nice quality but runs small. I ordered a medium based on their size description but should have ordered a large. My neck is 18.5 inches and they say that the medium goes up to 19.5. Won't fit my wife's smaller neck either. Can't return or exchange it so I'm stuck with a unusable collar.

Love it.
Several reviews said it was uncomfortible. That's true, but that's the point. I feared that it might cause pain where the edges rest on the colar bones but that's not the case at all. Beautifully constructed. Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Tolle Qualität, echtes, stabiles Leder, ca. 4 mm stark. Genau das, was ich gesucht habe. Aber beachten, Zoll-/Einfuhrabgaben werden fällig, da Versand aus USA erfolgte. War aber völlig unkompliziert beim Zusteller zu bezahlen. Der Versand war schneller als angegeben.

This is a very effective collar not much movement aloud with it which is great. My wife locked it on me for 10 hours which made it a little uncomfortable but that is what is expected I would say

What can be said? It is exactly as shown and does it’s job perfectly. Very stiff and ridged, love using it.
