Extra versatile pole. Shorter than most when collapsed, but the 3 sections give it more reach than traditional 2 section poles.

Very long and extendable. Very heavy duty. Great price. I think it will last a long time. Fits with pool vacuum or skimmer. Great for deep pools. Many options to make long or short.

This is a budget priced pole that is very sturdy. I purchased this pole because I had previously bought a brush head that ended up not fitting on my existing telescoping pole I already had for my poll skimmer net. This pole is much thicker and sturdier than the other pole and I like how long it is. The brush head only fits as far as the first set of holes, I wish it would go in a little deeper but that's the fault of the brush head, not the pole. The only drawback to the pole is that once the white connector has been tightened it won't loosen again to collapse the rod, it's fixed, not retractable. But for the price I paid it will do. I do wish that manufacturers wouldn't put paper warning labels on things that are meant to go into water. I will have to try and get those stickers off before using it in the pool because I don't want bits and pieces of paper floating in my pool. Vinyl stickers would have been a better option, then they could be left on the pole.

So lightweight a 3-year old can help skim the bugs off the pool! He loves helping and says "I can do it by myself." I love it too. Easy to handle and I can stick it in a corner under the eaves.

The pole can extend far enough to easily scoop leaves that got under the netting from the very bottom of my pool. the purpose for which I bought it. Care does need to be taken to insure that the tighteners are screwed down tightly, because if a section of the pole slips out, it is a hassle retrieving the sunken sections. This caveat is true of all extendable poles I've purchased, however, and not specific to this one. A heavier pole might be better for keeping a hand vacuum on the bottom to suck what gets left behind, but this was perfect when used with my net, which filled up quickly and needed to be removed and shaken to empty it often. Perfect for what I wanted.

Not a bad price, and I love how long it is. The only problem I have is that when you lock it into a specific length it doesn’t stay that length. The length will slide back and forth instead of locking firmly. I have experienced this problem with every telescoping pool pole I have ever had, so it did not come as a surprise. More annoying than inconvenient. I would still deal with it rather than spend more money on a different pole that probably has the same problem. It fits all the attachments I bought from mother vendor, which is very convenient. And even though it slides, it is still sturdy.
