M.C.G. Textiles 52561 Fantasia Counted Cross Kit

Great for the price. The floss included in my package was good. I think it was only off by one or two colors (I had two blacks and no dark blues). Some of it may have been my problem sorting, but there was twice that I know wasn'5 my fault. The result still worked out. I attached a photo of my finished result. It's off in a few areas but works. If you're interested in the product, I think you'll be fine if you buy it.

My son loves Mickey and the Mickey he saw at Disneyland was the sorcerer, so we have been getting him the same Mickey. I love cross stitching/sewing/crocheting/knitting, so I got this kit since it was a small size. When I received my kit, it was missing a needle. Which wasn't an issue, since I had other needles to work with. However, the second and third bundles were missing many of the floss. Some had 2, when there was supposed to be only one, some were cut shorter than the others, and even the identifier color was missing.I got another kit and this one had a needle. But when it came to the second and third bundles, this became an issue again. In the end, I was missing 14 different colors in the second bundle and 8 in the third bundle. I don't even know if I sorted them right because I had to do it myself. Also, the colors that came in the two kits were different. I had 14 floss of pale peach for both kits, but they were different colors. One of them was the wrong color, but I can't tell which is is right and which one is wrong.This isn't the first kit I had to sort out myself. If there was going to be this much defects, they should sort out the floss before it is packaged.

I loved the way this cross stitch came out. The only pain is that the floss is not sorted. Also, there wasn't enough floss/missing colors, but I wrote MCG textiles and they sent me the missing floss right away.

Wife loved this cross stitch. Momma is happy everyone is happy. Enough said.

great kit!

I used to cross stitch when I was a kid, and when I saw some Disney cross stitch sets on Amazon, I decided to start back up again. They are so beautiful when finished! The only thing I don't like about them is the shimmery thread is a pain to work with - it gets tangled and breaks very easily. I use half of a length of them when working with them, and it's still not short enough.Besides that, it's a great product. It comes with everything you need, and it came with enough thread (I have another set that was missing a color). Good quality materials and beautiful product.

If you don't like to big cross stitch kits of Thomas Kincaide this is perfect for you. You get Mickey and a little bit of the scenery.
