Great for a quick greenhouse
We live on the rainy side of the Big Island of Hawaii and needed something to keep the rain off our tomatoes but let the sun in. This tarp does the job perfectly. I built a frame using 1" electrical conduit and strung the tarp over it. It seems durable enough and with the 1 year warranty I expect it to last at least a year. The only improvement I can suggest is that it come in more standard sizing (like 10x10, 10x20, 20x20, etc). Also the tarp size listed is the actual size of the tarp. Not the "cut size" that many tarp manufacturers list where a 10x10 tarp is actually 9.4x9.4.If this tarp lasts 2+ years I'll buy more of them.

Poor quality - not recommended
Build quality of tarp is poor - obvious seam makes it look cheap. Grommets are unevenly spaced some at 17 some at 19 some at 19.5 its random like it was done by hand by someone who didn't care. Could have lived with those things, but what makes me give it a low rating for my application (used it to cover a porch during winter) is that the tarp rips easily compared to other tarps of the same thickness. Tiny bungee cords from Lowes (the little 1/8th or 1/4 inch around things with what looks like springs) ripped some of the grommets clean out and when I wrapped the tarp around a piece of wood the tarp itself ripped. "The mesh weave" inside the tarp was a joke.I have two porches that are very similar one on the front of the house (where I had a locally purchased tarp) and one on the back where I had this tarp. In the same conditions (heavy rain but only mild wind) the local tarp was fine.

Not rectangular not waterproof not 20 feet wide
I find it hard to imagine that 20 ft long pieces of PVC pipe can greatly exceed the 20 foot width of this tarp. Furthermore the tarp is not rectangular if you look at the photos you can see I've got straight 20 foot long pieces of PVC pipe bent to form a curved greenhouse and while the tarp reaches to the bottom of the PVC pipe on one side and is square on that side it does not reach the bottom of the PVC pipe on the other nor is it square on the other side.

Not heavy duty
Put my tarp up late last year and discovered this morning that one of the grommets was ripped out. I would not consider this heavy duty quality

Lasts about two years.
I bought this to replace another tarp. They last about 2 years in the direct sunlight then fall apart (crack and tear) very quickly. This style tarp has a sturdy feel and lets the light through very well. I have bought quite a few of these and if I still have this greenhouse in 2 more years I will more than likely buy another. Decent price opposed to buying the replacement kit from the original greenhouse manufacturer.

. Do not waste your money on this product very inferior warranty is worthless
I have tried unsuccessfully for months for them to honor their “warranty”. This was only in the building fir a few months and shredded in the sunlight. It literally tore apart. As you can see in the pictures the sun clearly disintegrated this inferior material. They supposedly have a manufacturers warranty and I tried to exercise that I was asked to provide pictures which I did. I have heard nothing from anybody. Horrible customer service. Do not waste your money on this product.

Enclosed screened patio
I used this to enclose our screened patio to make it a yoga room and it works great. Looks pretty clean from the outside. Lets some light in but our neighbors can't see in. Keeps the room warm with a heater in winter and is warm in the summer but that's ok it just makes it a hot yoga room. My dog loves being in there to warm up from the AC in the house.

So disappointed and upset! Do not buy!
I read the reviews first and I decided to give this tarp a try for covering my green house. I painted the metal panels that I was using because it was recommended to extend the life of the tarp due to metal heating and causing the tarp to break down. So put in the time and expense of doing that. But it did not help. After almost 7 months I had noticed that water had been leaking. But we were already in the winter months and I was hoping that it would hold out until spring but that did not happen. The squares between the string reinforcements all have starting to fall out. So needless to say all the electrical items have gotten wet. I was able to cover some of them but all electrical boxes, plugs and so on are having to be checked. I had to stop running the heater some lost most of the plants. All the extra pots, tools and everything else is having to be washed to try to save those. I also had purchased the blocks of coconut soil, vermiculite and tons of other stuff that I am having to try to salvage. Along with trying to kill all the mold and mildew that comes with damp areas. Very disappointed to say the least! I highly recommend choosing a different product than this for any purpose!! Do not buy!

Not heavy duty
The tarp ripped at the first winds and a few eyelets also got ripes out of the tarp. Not a heavy duty tarp. Contacted the seller about the 90 days warranty but never got a reply back.
