Can I use this printer to print my company payroll and bank checks? and will the bank accept it when my employees take it to the bank?

You can use the LBP632Cdw to print checks, most check sheets will load into the multipurpose tray on the front of the printer.

Does this work on my mac?

The LBP632Cdw is compatible with current versions of the Mac operating system. You can check for available drivers on our Canon USA support site or you can contact sales support at 1-800-385-2155.

The LBP623Cdw works with Windows 11. You can download the latest version of the drivers from our Canon USA support site.

Can I connect it using ip?

yes you can. When setting it up for wireless printing, it gives you the option of using the IP address. You push two buttons on the top of the printer and it will print the specs for you including the actual IP address.
