Still on my first set of stones, on the second grind, but I am very happy with this polisher, and eagerly waiting the next time I get to check my stones. The machine is quiet and has been running without a hiccup. It is worth noting that the bearings need to be sprayed daily, with grease-it is easy to do, but means that you have to be home to run the machine. Having two drums is a bonus.

It’s an ok unit. Red paint rubs off. Also don’t like the configuration of the canister.

Updated: On 21 May 20. The bottom of one barrel has worn through. Less than a year and one is useless. I primarily tumble river rocks and some stuff I’ve bought on Amazon. Kept it and the tumbler clean.Not impressed.My original review is below.I’ve been tumbling my first batch of stones (agate and quartz) and I’ve not had a problem.The only complaint I have (and it’s minor) is that in the barrel, there is places that small rocks and tumbling medium get stuck. The rocks that get stuck in these spaces don’t tumble and thus are not able to move to the next step. If you’re not using small pieces, this shouldn’t be a problem for you.

New to rock tumbling and this works great! I used one barrel for agates (photo) and the second for beach rocks, which are currently in the "polish" stage.

Will last longer because of the quality.

It’s just not worth the price

It is fabulous. Havent stopped tumbling since I received it. Stones look great.
