Wish it was verable speed settings but works as it should nice polisher

This little machine is worth the cost. I suggest clamping it down or securing it to a surface with the screws. The power is perfect for polishing and buffing metals etc. once secured to a surface you can apply pressure for a maximum force needed when polishing your surface. The vibration is practically nonexistent the noise level is barely noticeable the quality of the product is durable weight and size allows for easy carry and storage. This is a great purchase. I downsized my jewelry making space from using a large polisher to this. I only need a small dust collector now.

Best price on a Buffer Grinder I found, so I order it... by mistake. There is another that's 20 more and has FREE returns. So, within 5 minutes I Canceled this order, but the seller said they shipped it already. My order was at 6am, who ships in 5-minutes at 6am and can’t cancel? I guess they do, because the Buffer shows up so fast, I had to duck. I was a ready teddy to send it back, but I ran it with no buffing wheels and it was smooth as silk and it ran cool, the bearings also. It says DO NOT MOUNT anything other than a buffing wheel, which my intension all along was to mount a grinding stone wheel and some 3M Buff and Blend pads. This is NOT made for what I'm doing... but I was determined to try. I tried 4 different Grinding Stone Wheels and they all wobbled and vibrated. The Flanges that hold the Wheel in place are NOT true, but don't need to be if you are just using the buffing wheel and don't mind a wild vibration. I found a great Spacer/Flange Kit on the interweb, PRYME (Prymemx) for about 16 bucks. When I used their Flanges the heavy Grinding Stone Wheel and the Buff and Blend Wheels run so smooth, it's like running with no wheels mounted at all. Smooth and quiet. Don't do this at home kids, as there are no shields... but man this Grinder (Buffer) works Bob and Sue. I am 100% happy! 😊

I'm a fan of the VIctorinox Swiss Army Knife. I've been collecting Victorinox knives for 68 years, as a matter of fact, and I have hundreds. Lately in my retirement I've been learning how to refurbish and restore my knives. I found a guide on You Toob, and it gave me good information. I have the early stages of restoration down, but the later stages like polishing were beyond my abilities. I needed a slow speed buffer. Why? A fast buffer will MELT the plastic handles! I was pleased to find that this buffer/grinder is perfect for my needs. While the listing says it goes from 0 to 8000 rpm, that's BS. It won't go slower than about 400 rpm. The next step down os 0 rpm, but 400 rpm is ideal for my needs. Restoring the shine and smooth finish is critical to restoring the quality of the Victorinox knife! But it does more. I can use the same buffer to restore the finish of the blades and metal parts, giving me a complete solution to my knife restoration needs. The buffer is more than powerful enough for my needs. It's easy to use, and best of all, it is NOT noisy! I love it!

Great product it's heavy not loud easy to use and looks good. I use it for my estate pipe renovations.

Honesty great value. Virtually the exact same mini buffer retails at Rio grande under a different brand for 300$ and you don’t get any of the extras! I’ve have great success with this little guy so far! I did blow its fuse once but it was easy enough to replace!

Great to polish jewelry

I have had it for two months and it has already started to have problems. It gets really hot, sparks and stops working. Let it sit for a little bit and it will start working again for a few minutes. I'm outside the return window and Vevor might have the worst customer service in the entire world. No joke. I have one of thier kilns that somehow the entire outside would get electrified and your arm would ingle if you touched it. Contacted their customer service department and they told me to stop touching it - problem solved. lol
