Too often we ignore our intestinal health. Talking about it seems taboo. No one talks about digestion. How many times one goes to the bathroom, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, hard stools, and irregular bowel movements (you should have them daily) are all things we do not talk about. This juice addresses all those probelms. My friend has Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This has helped balance her gut and control the flare ups. My god child suffers from constipation (doesn't like water or yogurt) so she started giving her this juice. Constipation and stomach aches are no longer an issue for her. A healthy body requires a healthy gut. Try this out if you need some gut rebalancing or relief. It is delicious. Tarty and sweet. There are little bits that look like tiny seed in the juice that take some getting used to. But over all it is great.

Can't get enough of this stuff!! I see a HUGE difference if I stop drinking it! I would highly recommend!! Give it 2 weeks and you will see a difference in your gut health!!

An acquired taste.

I thought this was a bit sweet on its own however we did find that it paired perfectly with some tequila. Or you could just add some water in it enjoy it plain.

Just as fresh as the grocery store. Much better price here on Fresh. Do not leave this un-refrigerated at all - the probiotics will die.

Excellent taste. The berries and combination of other goodness added to this drink is wonderful to enjoy in a morning routine.

Didn't taste good. Tasted like protein powder.
