This is a great loveseat (and ottoman)! It's comfortable with a firm seat. The light grey color looks great and the fabric seems sturdy and soft. It's the perfect size for a big bedroom or small apartment. The storage compartments are roomy and easy to access. It was really easy to put together. I did it by myself in an hour. The instructions were clear. Most importantly for me, it seems like the seller has fixed some issues that older reviews called out. In particular, I had been worried about the packaging (it was excellent and I liked that the pieces were wrapped inside of the box), the bolt holes lining up or being incomplete (they were great) and the ottoman cushion sliding around (there's heavy Velcro on it now so it's not moving at all). The back cushions are still less filled than the seat cushions but I unzipped them and added an old throw pillow in each and now they are perfect. It was a free fix. The seller communication was great. They were really clear on the shipping and the fact that the item would arrive in 4 boxes with separate tracking numbers. They updated me on the arrival of each box without me asking. Overall I was hesitant to buy this based on some reviews but I'm really happy that I did. It's a great product and a great value.

This couch is Comfortable and customizable for your space. The incredible amount of storage is a bonus feature. The one and only complaint everyone talks about is the back support boards being shorter than the back cushions. And just shorter than everyone’s liking. I chose to modify that and it was really simple! Pictures included of my modifications are in this review. Instead of doing 4 bolts/screws, just place 2 on the the higher holes of the bottom base pieces. You can cut a nice piece of wood, stain it and add it in the gap underneath for long term support. My stained piece isn’t dry yet so it’s not installed but for the time being, the couch is fully functional and structurally sound with that modification and I firmly believe it would be just fine for anyone if left like that long term! It does sit a little lower than some may like, which anyone could very easily modify with furniture risers or even some great furniture legs which Amazon has countless options of. The back cushions were also filled just right for me. Make sure you measure the areas you want to potentially put a 4 seater so you don’t waste extra money like I did on an unused/unneeded piece. I actually ended up mis-measuring my couch sizing needs so I removed a section. The storage compartments make sitting more comfortable because of the plywood built into the lids, in which applying plywood under your cushions will give you more comfort and help your cushions hold their form & firmness extensively more long term. I was very happy that I no longer had to place plywood under my cushions this time around because this couch already has it! The amount of plywood & 2 by 4’s I pulled out of my old couch before this one arrived was insane. Overall, this couch is 100% worth the price. It is comfortable, and really great quality. And the only common complaint about backboard length is easily modifiable! This couch arrived 2 days early than expected delivery, so only 4 days from the time of ordering! And all 10 boxes arrived the same day & same delivery (loveseat+ U-shape sectional). If you’ve been looking for a good quality modular sectional for a reasonable price & have wondered about this one, do it! I was really picky on what I was looking for and this met my expectations.

WOW! Beyond my expectations! I purchased the loveseat, ottoman and couch. Great information on the website including measurments, photos & video. Easly ordered. Arrived early. Sturdy packaging. Super easy to assemble with understandable instructions. Great construction. Comfortable. I love the firmness. It fits perfectly in my little space. It's modular look keeps my space from looking crowded. It hasn't been easy finding seating and I am over the moon with this purchase.

Give this time to ‘fluff up’. Another customer said that and it’s key to the look of this couch. The bottom cushions are better made than the back cushions. The back cushions are stuffed with pieces of foam, so not so comfortable. We put this on a sun porch and added throw pillows and it fits the bill. I wouldn’t want it as my main couch. The storage is a nice bonus!

I love the couch. Got it about a week ago and it’s very nice and sturdy. The cushions are firm which I prefer, the dark brow colour is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. It seems durable so far. Easy to assemble an each cushion lifts up for storage which is great

This is the perfect addition to our small space! I was nervous to purchase seating on Amazon because you don’t know how comfortable (or not) it will be until you get it, and returns can be complicated if it doesn’t work out. We were looking for something that was the right size to provide extra seating in this corner of our small living room and this is perfect. It’s comfortable, sturdy, simple to put together, the cushion covers are machine-washable, and the extra storage space is the cherry on top. I also appreciate that it is modular, and when/if we eventually move and have more space we can just purchase more seats and this loveseat will have new life as a larger sofa! What really earned this 5-star rating was the customer service from the seller. When we received our original packages we noticed that the fabric on the ottoman was lighter and shinier than the loveseat, making it look like a mismatched set. I contacted the seller and they were so accommodating and ready to make it right. They ended up sending us a replacement ottoman that matches perfectly to the loveseat! (This is shown in the review photos; the one on the left was the original and the one on the right was the replacement.) Highly recommend this product and seller!

Couch was easy to set up, material is soft but it will take time for it to “break in” because it is stiff. It did come with a grease stain on it which I am assuming is from the packaging. It is smaller than I had imagined but it will work.
