No display. HDMI port didn’t work upon opening. Required trouble shooting.
So, overall it’s a good computer so far for my son who I bought it for. My 2 star review is because I had to troubleshoot the unit when I set it up with no help. Luckily I have computer knowledge and with the help of YouTube videos I was able to make it work. Customer support was closed at 5pm est. so I had to figure it out myself. I had to open the cpu and remove the Gpu, and reinstall it. It wasn’t properly installed. I had no display due to this, but I was able to make it work. I don’t like the fact that the pc didn’t come ready to go. I also saw many other users have had the same problem. So it could be due to improper shipping? Or just laziness on the installer. But if your hdmi display doesn’t work, like mine, you will have to disconnect the gpu and reinstall it properly, ensuring it’s pushed all the way into the board. But since then it’s been good.
