TL;DR. Stylish, lots of room, bottom section stays cold all day with an ice pack.I'm very happy with this lunch box! I've been able to cram a small/flat ice pack the size of a 6 inch tablet, a plastic container for food about the size of a typical Chinese take-out lunch container, 2 yogurts, and 2 bottles of water into the bottom section. It also keeps everything cold while it sits on my desk until lunch time. I usually put a banana and an apple in the top, and I still have plenty of room for other items. I don't use the shoulder strap, but the carry handle seems pretty sturdy. I've also had people comment about how they like the way it looks. I didn't like the ice packs that came with it. I didn't try them at all actually, because they looked suspicious. All in all, it does a pretty good job at being a lunch box.

I love my new lunchbox. The styling is office appropriate and it is amazingly spacious and well insulated. Yesterday I placed a warm item in the top compartment and a cold item (with an ice pack) in the bottom compartment. When I took my lunch 6 hours later the warm item was still warm and the cold very cold. The ice packs work great, but it took a small leap of faith to fill them. They arrived empty and the instructions are not in English. I put water in two of them, just enough to make them about 1/2" thick, and they sealed themselves up and I have had no issues. I recently purchased a second one for a coworker who likes mine so much that she took a picture of it.

Holds a lot.

bought for my son last Christmas after searching for a long time for a bag that wasnt too small or too big. it has held up all year, and is still in perfect condition. Perfect size for a hard working 25 year old. Holds a lot of food and drinks. Just bought another one as the pricedrop was under $10 for a backup as the year old one is still perfect! We didnt use the ice packs as we have plenty already. Thank you for an awesome product

This is a great lunch bag. The only thing I would change is, I wish it had a little opening in back to slide it over rolling luggage. It folds up so nicely, I’d love to take it on plane trips and then just fold it up and put it away. Overall, the quality is very good, the material and stitching seem durable. It keeps things cold for a long time, at least four hours. I love all the different insulated compartments, and it holds quite a lot.

This included “ice packs” that are just flat envelopes with some sort of crystal in them. The only instructions on how to prepare and use these ice packs are in Chinese, except for the words, “Ice Pack” and “Guide to the Use.” It amazes me when companies send products to the US but don’t think to provide English instructions and can’t hire a translator to use corrrct English grammar. “Guide to the Use”? Seriously? No one in this country talks like that.

The quality is great. Plenty of room. We user meal prep containers to make lunches for the week. I suggest if you plan on using meal prep containers, get the smaller 24oz ones. Most others are too big for this lunch box. There's plenty of room for 2 of the 24oz containers in the main compartment.

I like the fact that I actually received it before my actually delivery date. Looks just like the picture and it's a very stylish lunch bag. If you looking for a smaller bag nothing too big then this is perfect.
