Great replacement phone for reasonable price!

A nice upgrade from the older phone. Very easy to use for someone who wants something simple.

Got for my niece who had her phone taken away. Worked well for the first few months, now is starting to glitch. Couple be because she’s dropped it a few times.

For the terrrible quality of the keyboard alone, I would not buy this phone. I just tried 6 times to get into voicemail and it keeps picking up false key strokes, more often than not a double key stroke when I am deliberate about pressing the key once. I almost threw it across the room, but remembered my contacts are on the phone not the sim. Once nice feature, it has voice recognition on google maps. I was in an unfamiliar city and my car GPS did not work. I dictated the address and while it doesnt track you on GPS, I was able to look a the tiny map and figure out where i was going. I cant stand 3-6 tries to get into voicemail so I am buying another flip phone. Reformed smart phone owner.

It took an extra day or 2 to arrive but it works great. My mom only does flip phones and I'm glad we can still buy them!
