Skulls are cool. This one is in my fish tank. It makes the fish feel like badas*es. Like their in a gang. Or school.

I love the look and design of this skull. It will look amazing in my 5 gallon tank for my beta. That said... this aquarium decoration has some of the sharpest edges that I have ever seen on a aquarium decoration. In the whole in the back and in the eyes, super sharp edges. I’m afraid my beta will tear his fins apart on it.I do however, like it so much, that I will not send it back. I’m going to pull out my Dremel tool with a sanding tip and sand it down so it is safe for my beta.If you are looking for something to drop in the tank and go... this might not be the decoration for your aquarium.

Okay, here’s the thing. It’s an awesome size, I know it’s aquarium safe, my fish LOVES it, and it looks pretty real (if child sized). The only thing is these two big discoloration spots right on the forehead! One is yellow, the other is black. The yellow stain looks like glue and honestly vanished under most lighting so it’s not a problem. The big black spot looks almost like an ink spill and nothing will get it off, short of sanding it off, which I don’t want to do as it’ll take off all the paint of the sanded area... for my purposes, it’s fine, that spot ends up covered, but the discoloration was a disappointment, so I took off a star.

Got this for my gecko. We love it!Took a little TLC though. It had some sharp edges and a weird smell. It gets a little sticky when its wet and it's a bit on the thin side. When I sanded down the sharp edges it cracked a bit by the eye.But over all, it looks good and is fine after taking care of the few things.EDIT: He still loves it. XD

Looks very real and interesting, but is definitely more of an off yellow plastic cast resin type color, versus the bone white like in the photo. Do not expect a finished product like in pet stores...this is a very rough item and will need sanding or finishing for most fish. Package comes wrapped in a quick covering of local Chinese newspaper and not much else.

I was a little worried about getting this after reading some of the other reviews, but for the price took a chance. It was soaked first for abut 2 days to make sure there was nothing going to leach off it into the water and to see how the paint help up, after that it was placed in a dirt'ed tank with live plants and fish, it has done well for a few months now. The fish seem to be enjoying it as much as we are which is always a bonus. It's got a good size to it, alot I looked at in shop seemed really small. I know it sounds bad but if I had to put an age to it I'd say it'd be close to 10 years old, wish they had an adult sized one.

Bought this for leopard geck. Big old jagged seam down the middle of the skull makes it look pretty cheap. Going to try to sand it but im worried it need to be repainted after the seam is gone. Wasn't looking for a project but here we are.

Just like the pictures. I did have to sand down some of the edges, eyes, nose...but color and overall appearance is great. Using it for a 16 gal bow front lizard tank decoration. Wish I would have purchased 3 and stacked them.
