These discs are amazing compared to any other ones I’ve used. Shopsmith got it right! Backing stays attached to my sander without flying off eventually and wears slowly probably at least two to one over any other quality disc I have used

This is by far the best quality sandpaper that I have ever used. I’m in the middle of sanding a redwood deck and started with this. I ran out and bought some Diablo sandpaper from Home Depot. It started to disintegrate almost immediately, Which really surprised me because I love Diablo‘s sawzall blades. Then I went to Lowe’s and bought some Gator sandpaper and it was about the same as the Diablo. Honestly I can sand eight times longer with the Shopsmith sandpaper and it doesn’t tear. I think the abrasive is held on with a thick Epoxy coating on a high-quality backing. There is honestly no comparison.

I stripped my old cedar siding down to bare wood and needed to sand afterward. I used several different sanding discs, and these were by far the best value. They outlasted every other brand I tried by a substantial amount.

The porcelain grit does a better job for rough sanding and the sheet lasts at least 3x longer than typical sheets.

The stuff is absolutely phenomenal in last 10 times longer than the normal sandpaper you would buy at a box store. I use it professionally and it compares with the top-of-the-line klingspor paper. it really doesn't load unless you're standing over latex paint or wood with a super high resin content.As I said it lasts about ten times longer but does not cost ten times more... Win!

Sandpaper is sandpaper. This is a decent name brand. It is what was there when the DeWalt was bought and it is what I have been using. Happy with this purchase.

This sandpaper stands up better than any other I’ve used and I’ve used a lot of sanding disc.
