Absolutely love it. Unlike other mediocre brands Naipo Shiatsu is very powerful but in the same time it doesn't feel too strong when operating. As a regular office person I have to sit in front of my screen for almost 9 hours a day, which makes my neck, back, shoulder's muscle very tight and stiff. The mesh material that contact my skin has very comfortable feel. It feels soft and ventilate. Besides the quality, the price is surprising too. The same one I noticed being on sale in malls would cost me $100 instead of $26 I bought online. All in all I think it was a great buy, and I would recommend it to everyone who needs a good pillow massager.

I suffer from knots in my neck which causes migraines along with TMJ problems and this has helped tremendously with reducing pain and nausea when I do have a migraine! Then when my TMJ is bothering me I just use this on my neck and it helps with managing the pain! Also a plus about this product is that it works on your legs as well when you are sore!

Update, 11/9. The seller has gone above and beyond to provide a potisitve ending to my initial dissatisfaction. I was sent a different unit: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01D2UJVGS which is a great product all the way around and I’m extremely happy with it’s performance and very low noise level. That said, it’s almost unheard of that a company provides the amount of service that Naipo has given, with virtually no questions asked. Below is my original review of the pillow, for all intents and purposes with one caveat; if you order the pillow, it could produce some noise from the gears rotating inside the unit. Otherwise, it works well for what it is (and the heat option is pretty decent, too).This unit has whirring and clicking sounds that are distracting and annoying when used for neck and shoulder work in particular. I contacted the seller who immediately sent a replacement but the replacement is affected as well, with whirring, clanging and now a grinding sound. To want to feel relaxed afterwards is my goal and the loud sounds the unit makes, makes it difficult to do so. On the positive side, the warming aspect is good, (the balls feel like heated stones) and if you position the unit just right, you can get into those knots. It is slightly concave in shape which is great as it follows the natural curve of your body but it also slides around due to the shape when laying on it (upper back to neck area). I bought it for my neck and shoulders and it does a decent job for that but I have to contort a bit to get it into position. Works better on the lower back, forearms, legs, etc. Again, 5 stars to the seller; responsive, professional and easy to work with.

This is a great item and wish I had purchased it sooner. After a week of using it regularly, it worked out a muscle adhesion I had in my neck for years. So much cheaper than going to get a massage and I could not be happier! I use it while reclining back slightly on a lounge chair I have; or I stack up pillows to get the perfect position for it to work effectively without being too painful. Once you find the right position, it is amazing. *Also, I have tried other neck massagers and the balls just do not get my neck and these are in the perfect position to get it really well.

I am frequently sore from exercise and have chronic back pain every once in a while- I ordered this hoping for some relief! Right after I ordered it I happened to pull/strain my shoulders and hips carrying extremely heavy bags... I have not let this massager leave my side when I’m at home. The heat feels amazing and is an excellent feature. The direction switches every few minutes creating almost a new massage! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for sore muscle relief

Found a good spot to massage my lower back and felt so relieved. It also saved my $$$ from going to Therapy which it doesn't help at all. I do not regrets to buy this.. I'm glad I did..

A million times yes!This is massage on demand on a budget. I feel this is a great investment for mankind in general.Needless to say I love it, and I would buy this to everyone I know if I had the $$. It can be gentle or deep if you let your body push up against it. I have it on my desk chair for now. My plans for this will be: road trips, relaxing bed before bedtime, when I get a headache, neck, back and leg massage. The design is genius, it looks and feels ergonomic. The heating setting is very good & not too hot. It came with a 20% off on second purchase upon warranty registration coupon. Got two of these one for my husband and myself, we'll be using these A LOT!

Just got this bad boy so I will update review if quality declines quickly...but so far this thing is amazing for the price. I get the same huge painful knot on left shoulder from time to time and there’s only so long you can convince your S.O. To rub the exact spot with full strength so I was searching for something like this I could use anywhere. This thing got right in my knot and I could hear it pressing against my swollen muscles. It’s amazing! It switches directions every 2 min or so automatically which is nice and it has good pressure as long as you have it against a hard surface (couch works fine)! The heat setting is nice too, I don’t find it too hot, as long as you have at least a thin shirt on, but you can turn the heat off by clicking the on button twice. This thing straps to any chair as the strap is adjustable and it has a car adapter....Not sure yet if the pressure will be as good on car power but regardless, this is a work from home office chair and a road trip game changer.
