This is a yummy seasoning that we use for smoking meat. The reason I gave it four stars is that it is expensive for the size that you get.

I loved this for salmon on the Big Green Egg. It has a lot flavor and is my new favorite for salmon. You don't need to use a lot, just a decent covering on the fish. I used it on only one side as I don't spice the skin side of the salmon.

Use this with the recipe on their site for maple butter salmon. Amazing

I found this a few years back at a store that sold spices. The store clerk gave me a sample to take home and I made a special trip back to the store to purchase 3 days later. I have had guests come over to eat and they ask me what I put on my Salmon that makes it taste so good. It has such a great flavor, kind of sweet with a taste of maple and just the right amount of Zing. I use this on all my meat. Chicken, steak and pork all taste great with this spice.For Christmas this year my daughter who lives far from me asked for this product as a stocking stuffer. I was kind of shocked that she thought of that first instead of makeup or some other product. She wanted her Dizzy Pig fix I guess.

Very good seasoning. Not over-powering. Wonderful on Salmon.

I have been using Raging River for over ten years now. Great on salmon, great on brined pork chops and I even sometimes put a little in my tuna salad to change it up a bit. Very unique rub.

Has a small amount of sugar but is the best salt free seasoning I ever bought! Excellent on salmon!!!

I visited a winery, a few months ago, in D.C. and purchased this seasoning for the 1st time. It was so delicious that we used up that bottle within about a month. I used it on everything from chicken to fish to vegetables. I had to figure out how to get another bottle without trying to get back to D.C. and Amazon always steps in on time!!! I will definitely be purchasing more bottles for many years to come.
