Gastric Band without the pain and expense
Used this in conjunction with another Rachael Eccles CD, "feel less hungry". It does indeed feel as if i have less room for food and I eat much smaller portions as a result. I feel full and satisfied and have lost considerable weight in a short period of time. Safe, very easy and more effective than dieting.
