So far so good, it feels like a new (not the unboxing though, I was I bit worried) there is only a minor scratch between the camera and flash. I hid it with a protector but it was not very apparent.

I was skeptical about this, being pre-used, to have problems but actually it is great! I bought it as a gift to my husband and it has been working perfectly!

0 out 5. Bought a refurbished Pixel 7 from this apparently authorized dealer (TurtleScreen, aka Smart Phone Beats) on Amazon in Nov 2024. Four months later, the phone is constantly turning off and needs to be rebooted everytime. Took it to an authorized Google repair shop and they discovered the screen has been replaced with non-authentic display, which is causing the problem. Amazon and this company won’t give a refund or exchange. Repairing it with proper parts will cost $130. Complete waste of $450. Don’t buy from this company and cancel your Prime memberships!

Everything on mine is legit. Ran info hw everything is good. One little ding in a corner, you wouldn't be able to tell unless I show you.
